Q: The parts being used, are they geniune?

A: We source our materials strictly from reputable dealers that give guarantee on their products.

Q: What happens after I call?

A: We'd ask for the nature of your project, dimensions and pictures. If you don't have them, we can always come free of charge to do a physical inspection of your space. A 3D mockup is done if necessary followed by a quote.

Q: Are you cheaper than my regular artisan/contractor?

A: A big "YES"! All our materials are sourced from geniune vendors so, you are saved the stress of doing a job, twice. Also, we model certain aspects of projects so that you have a feel of what to expect and make the changes early enough thus saving materials.

Q: What is the scope of your service?

A: We cover interior renovations and finishings likewise for the exterior. These include but are not limited to painting, wood works, masonry, iron works, flooring finishes, aluminium works, etc.

Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I request for a refund?

A: No. We do not process refunds once payment is made.
